I wanted to take the time out of a very hectic schedule to pass on to you and your Team my sincere thanks for the exemplary performance put forth with ALL aspects of working with our Team recently on a very urgent complex PCB fabrication requirement. We had tried without success in having this particular bare board manufactured by 2 other sources that we were assured did have the process that would yield an acceptable finished bare board product. After several set-ups in an effort to manufacture the Circuit Card Assemblies utilizing the previously aquired fabs, it became evident that there were numerous defects in the fabs using a variety of non-compliance issues in the finished CCA's. These fab failures ultimately resulted in our having to scrap several thousands of dollars of product and missed a customer delivery commitment. Your company was contact as soon as your facility opened to seek a solution to our dilemma. Gerber files were downloaded and quotation was received within a few hours of our initial contact. You and I communicated on this matter in the interim which resulted in your setting this job up in your company as an expedited prototype run. To make the task even more complex we required half of the order with conductive via fill with the balance of the order with non-conductive via fill. The standard turn around time we had experienced on bare board of this nature was 3-4 weeks. Your team had the bare boards on our dock in less than 10 days. All of the assemblies manufactured with your fabs passed final test and acceptance without a single failure. Considering the architecture of this particular bare board; coupled with the mixed via fill requirement, first time run for your company, expedited turn at a very competitive cost, I'd say this commendation is late in happening, (for which I apologize) and very much deserved. We are very enthused about our relationship and look forward to having many more opportunities that we can work together on in the future.
